You approve every page before it prints, so this is rare. If a printed page still misses the mark, we will redraw it and reprint the book once at no cost.
Because each book is made for one person, we cannot resell returns, so we do not take general change of mind returns. Unopened crayons and pencils can go back within 30 days.
