Return & Refund Policy

Every book is made just for you, and we want you to love it. Here is how returns, reprints, and refunds work.

Custom, made to order

Because each book is personalized and printed for you, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. What we can always do is make it right if something is wrong on our end.

Our quality promise

We check every book before it ships. If a page misses, prints incorrectly, or arrives damaged, we will reprint or replace it at no cost to you.

If something is wrong

• Email hello@colorsoflifebydeclan.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
• For a printing defect or shipping damage, we will send a free replacement or offer a full refund.

What is not covered

• Changes of mind after you approved your design.
• Errors in content you supplied and approved (for example a spelling in a caption).
• Low-resolution photos you chose to proceed with after our on-screen warning.

Cancellations

You can cancel before you approve your design and it goes to print. After approval and print, an order cannot be cancelled because production has begun.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
