Here is how your book is made and how it reaches you.
Your book is printed on demand by our print partner after your order is approved. Nothing is pre-printed, so a little production time is part of the process.
Every book is checked by a person (up to 24 hours), then printed and bound (3 to 5 business days). Larger books or busy seasons may take a little longer.
Everywhere our printer delivers - more than 150 countries and territories. Our print partner has plants in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Australia and India, and your book is printed at the one nearest the recipient, so most books never cross a border. The delivery country is chosen at the start of checkout and the shipping price for that address is shown before you pay. A handful of places cannot be served (among them Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Venezuela, Yemen, Sudan, Somalia and Myanmar); if your country is not in the list, email us and we will look for a way.
The book costs the same everywhere. Only shipping changes: for the United States it is a flat rate by book size ($5.69 to $9.00), shown at checkout. For every other country we quote our printer's cheapest tracked service for your exact address, live, and show that one number before you pay. No shipping surprises after the order.
You get the tracking number by email the moment it ships. Busy seasons (November and December) can add a few days; order by the dates we publish for holiday delivery.
Books delivered inside the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union and Australia are printed there and normally carry no import charges. For other countries, the destination's customs authority may charge import duties or VAT on arrival; those charges are set by your country, are not included in our price, and are the recipient's responsibility. We cannot predict or refund them.
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. International orders need a phone number for the courier, so please give one at checkout.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned or reshipped due to an incorrect address may incur an additional shipping charge.
Your book ships on its own from the printer. Anything you pick from our Amazon suggestions (pencils, crayons, a frame) is sold and shipped by Amazon separately.
